Application Drop off box

For those who are going to drop off/hand deliver their TAA completed applications, there will be a box at the front desk (@BAA). Please check in with the security officer on duty and they will put your application in the box.

2. Proposal Part I
3. Proposal Part II
4. Attachments:

• Resume
• Artistic and Teaching Evidence
• Info from Fellowship Venue and/or Fellowship Mentor Artist
• Copy of Application to Fellowship Venue or Letter of Request to Mentor Artist
• Letter of Confirmation from Principal (This is not a reccommendation just a confirmation that the Principal will attend the Post Fellowship Arts Symposium-Fall 2009 @ Boston Arts Academy).
